Evening everyone, bit of a different post for us but here I go… A few years ago a beautiful friend of mine took her own life due to the awful illness that is PMDD. My other crazy friend Faye is running 100 miles in under 30 hours to raise money for a charity that was very close to Steph’s heart. Myself (Harriet) and a few other friends are joining her along to way to help her through it. I’m not asking for loads, even sharing this link will help spread awareness.
